PROPERTY CLEAN OUT PRICING
Our prices are based on trailer/truck load size, how far away we are from the disposal drop off and how many trips we will need to make for each drop and how many men needs to be on the job. Estimated: $250 per trailer load this price includes labor, hauling charges and recycling of your items. We work with various local charities where we donate and recycle as much of your junk as we can.
Some items that are bulky or need special attention during the hauling process will be charged a surcharge. .

Kitchen/Bath
Unlike other residential cleaning jobs, residential clean out cleaning jobs are extra dirty. We clean bathrooms and kitchen of grime and filth left from previous tenant. Sanitize bowl, sinks, tub/shower, counters, floors and cabinets.

Winterize
Sometimes extra care is needed to winterize a building after clean out. We will clear water lines, empty hot water heater and toilets and add antifreeze. If windows need to be boarded up we will do that as well..

Mowing
We mow all the lawns of every property we clean out. (if needed) but if the property has a larger lot, or there is limb debris on structure or roof, fallen tree's or over grown bushes and flower beds we can address this for you at time of clean out as an add on service.
